Toshihito Okamichi — Representative Director & CEO
Toshihito Okamichi spent 14 years with the PGM Group, one of Japan's largest golf course operators. He worked on the customer side rather than in course operations — as an area manager building relationships with affluent players and corporate clients across the country.
He then spent eight years at M&A Cloud Inc., where he served as an executive officer and head of the CEO's office, before founding Elite Golf & Culture Inc. in February 2026.
He still plays around 60 rounds a year. In those 60 rounds, he sees an international golfer at most twice.
